To ensure a smooth and fair return/refund process, we kindly request all customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening their package.

The video must:

• Start before opening the outer packaging

• Clearly show the sealed package

• Show the shipping label with order details visible

• Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses

• Clearly show the product received inside

This video will help us cross-verify any claims related to:

• Missing items

• Damaged products

• Incorrect items

• Packaging issues
